Linh Hoang is the founder of the Blake Linh Foundation. Originally from and educated in Vietnam, where she earned a master's degree in business, she has dedicated her life to combining leadership, charity, and volunteer service in support of vulnerable communities. Growing up exposed to the hardships faced by many families in Vietnam — including poverty, limited access to opportunity, and everyday struggle — shaped her deep compassion and lifelong commitment to helping others.
Her commitment was forged through over 14 years as Vice Director of Dai Hung Phat Humanitarian Charity Center in Tuy Hoa City, Vietnam, where she helped support underprivileged people of all ages and witnessed firsthand the life-changing value of thoughtful, consistent support.
Through the Blake Linh Foundation, Linh continues that work — building a mission centered on dignity, transparency, and practical help for children who need it most.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Blake Linh Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 42-2251887) based in Austin, TX. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We provide acknowledgment receipts for every contribution.
How is my gift used?
Roughly 85% of every gift goes to direct programs — meals, school supplies, tuition aid, healthcare access, and community care. About 10% covers in-country coordination and delivery, and 5% supports modest operational costs.
Where do you work?
Our programs serve children and families in Vietnam — with a particular focus on Tuy Hoa City and surrounding communities — coordinated from our Austin, Texas headquarters.
